Therefore go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father & of the Son & of the Holy Spirit.
But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back.
And Jesus said unto them, I ask you, Is it lawful on the sabbath to do good, or to do harm? to save a life, or to destroy it?
Admit your need (I am a sinner).
Be willing to turn from your sins (repent).
Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the dead.
Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit (Receive Him as Lord and Saviour of your life).
What to pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for the beautiful life you have given me and I know that I am a sinner . I believe that You died for my sins and you are the only one who can forgive my sins and cleanse me. I now invite you to come into my heart and take complete control of my life. I want to trust and follow You as the Lord and Savior of my life. In Your name. Amen.
If you've prayed this prayer and are trusting Christ as your Saviour, then the Bible says that you can be sure you have eternal life.
"...for, 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.' " (Romans 10:13).
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9).
"He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life." (1 John 5:12-13).
Receiving Christ, we are born into God's family through the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit who indwells every believer...this is called regeneration or the "new birth."
This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in Christ. To deepen this relationship you should:
Maintain regular reading of the Bible to know Christ better.
Talk to God in prayer everyday.
Tell others about your new faith in Christ.
